Doctor's Prescription on hospital letterhead
Patient's Aadhar Card

We will send you an email with information on the fully refundable deposit and verification.
Oxygen cylinder (1 Quantity) 5,000
Oxygen concentrator (1 Quantity) 15,000
Pay deposit
Once payment & verification is complete, we will send you a confirmation via email
Pick up oxygen cylinder/concentrator from designated oxygen desk in your city

  • OFI does not guarantee a concentrator or cylinder. Our ability to serve you depends on the availability of the equipment you are requesting
